The 3 Week Diet

I purchased 3 Week Diet to test it out and see if it lives up to all the hype. After reviewing the product and testing it for 21 days (3 weeks), I can safely say that the system does work. The system works even if you cheat while doing it!

The 3 Week Diet is essentially a bunch of different diet/nutrition plans that have been put together into different phases. You begin with the detoxing phase, then move to a fasted state, and lastly to a low-carb phase to finish out the 3 weeks. This is similar to the Organic Health Protocol for the detox phase if you want to compare products.

You may think what 3 Week Diet is claiming is extreme and almost impossible to follow. As I found out in my testing, you will feel some fatigue or drained early on as your body adjusts. To really feel all of the benefits of the program it will be difficult, but if you want to take a little longer to achieve the results, you can eat a bit more and still see the results.

As the program is only 3 weeks long the final phase of the program is the easiest to overcome. Losing the 12-23 pounds in 3 weeks is tough, but if you want a slightly less extreme weight loss program, you can make it easier for yourself. Just be aware that you are not maximizing your weight loss by adding cheat meals.

Not only do you get a diet/nutrition plan to follow for the 3 weeks, but an exercise program is included as well. This is not as intense as say Easy Home Fitness Trainer, but it will help aid in weight loss. The exercise program is broken down into two parts with differing exercises. The “required” exercises include a walk every day before breakfast.

The second exercise (optional) requires simple dumbbells in your workouts to maximize fat burning, as well as build some muscle. This is optional, so if you do not have the weights, or just don’t like this type of exercise, you can skip it and still lose the weight. Just know that by not adding in the resistance work you are putting less effort into losing the weight.

Of course each individual may see slightly different results, but if you follow the program as designed, you will lose weight.

As I found out, yes it does work. However, if you are able to lose the 12-23 pounds that the sales video states, then your really took the program seriously and didn’t cheat at all (which I didn’t do).

As the 3 Week Diet is a science-based system, it should “theoretically” work. It is a diet/nutrition system based on a low-carb diet, as well as a lower intake of calories. Research has shown that a low-carb and low calorie diet will help lose weight. However, do not go too extreme or else your body will thinks it is in starvation mode, and anything you eat will become fat stores. The 3 Week Diet balances this well to prevent this from happening.

What is great about the 3 Week Diet is that Brian Flatt quotes many scientific studies to back his claims and support the information provided. He even covers how he tested the system himself and saw these amazing results.

Personally, I think that this was mostly trial and error, with some science research thrown in to help. Through trial and error Brian was able to discover a great weight loss program, with  some educational knowledge to help him out. Even if this is true, the results speak for themselves and the program is one of the best I’ve read and tried.
